Bring a water bottle, a towel and grip socks. Grip socks help you stay steady on the mat — we sell cute ones if you need a pair. For HOT classes, wear light, breathable clothes.
HOT classes are taught in a heated room for a deeper sweat. WARM classes are gently warmed to help your muscles relax and stretch. Classes without a label are at regular room temperature.
A drop-in class is $20. Class packs and memberships bring the price per class down — you'll see every option when you book.
Open the class schedule, pick a time and tap “Book A Class”. You'll be prompted to use a pass or drop in. Booking is handled securely through Walla.
